Small Group Personal Training in Malta

A progressively challenging exercise programme
Exercise is only effective at changing your body shape as long as it is challenging. A workout programme that is effective in Week 1 will most likely not produce results in Week 6. Our workout programmes are designed to get you started with on a comfortable intensity level that you can easily cope with but that becomes increasingly challenging throughout the programme to keep the muscle-toning process going and prevent you from hitting a fat-burning plateau.
A fat-loss supportive nutrition programme
Unless you combine your exercise programme with a supportive nutrition plan, your results will suffer. As one of our Personal Training clients we will provide you with one of our tried and tested nutrition programmes that will teach you how to eat better long-term, and provide you with delicious meal plans that will prove to you once and for all that you can still eat great tasting food, even if you're trying to burn bodyfat!
Regular assessments to measure your progress
Unless you're measuring your progress you
don't know if you're on the right track. Most people measure progress simply by
stepping on a weighing scale, but this can be very misleading. Have you ever
weighed yourself in the morning and in the evening of the same day, only to
find a weight difference of up to 2 kg? To measure real progress, you have to
assess what kind of weight you are gaining or losing. Is it bodyfat, water or
muscle tissue? Our bodyfat analysis will work this out for you. If you are trying
to lose weight or tone up, all you are interested is burning bodyfat, while
maintaining metabolically active lean muscle tissue. Whether you achieve or not
will depend on your exercise and nutrition programme. Our meal plan programme
and supervised exercise sessions will keep you on the right track.
Accountability
One of the key benefits of working with a personal trainer is accountability. If working out on your own, it becomes far too easy to procrastinate and start making short-cuts. The demands of work, the workload of kids or just sheer exhaustion will become easy excuses to not exercise.
With a personal trainer, you will have someone that you are accountable to, who will keep you motivated, exercising and sticking to your fitness goals.
A support group
Research shows that people working out in a support group are X times more likely to stick to their fitness programme than those who try to do it on their own. Besides, following a fitness programme with your friends is much more fun and adds a social aspect to your fitness programme.
Group Packages
We offer Small Group Personal Training packages for 2-4 people per group. Our groups are small enough to make sure your get adequate personal attention whilst being affordable for everyone.
Packages start from as little as Eur95/month for a minimum of 3 months duration. Our packages offer you the possibility to attend 2 times, 3 times or even 4 times per week.
One-on-One Personal Training and Couple Personal Training sessions are available daily from 5:30am to 9:30pm. Small Group Training sessions (groups of 3-4 people) are available from 8:00am until 5:00pm daily.
All training sessions are held at our facility at the Corinthia Hotel St. George's Bay (formerly San Gorg), St. Julians.
